The Salsa dancing community in Colorado Springs is a collection of people who love the dance, the music and welcome newcomers to share in the culture of dance.
Ember & Flow Events started by hosting our first dance classes in public parks, coffee shops and almost anywhere we had space and could play music.
We have always emphasized the importance of making dance fun and accessible.
That is one of the reasons the events quickly grew into the largest events for dedicated Salsa dancers in Southern Colorado.
Is Salsa Dancing Beginner Friendly?
Yes!
Salsa dancing is a great dance to learn, even if you’re not familiar with the music or if you’ve never danced before.
Our focus has always been on making Salsa fun and easy to learn! That doesn’t mean that learning to dance doesn’t take work, but we make sure that the learning experience is fun AND educational.
Salsa events are fun to attend even if you go on your own or don’t have a dance partner.
